Terms & Conditions.

By purchasing the tickets you understand and agree that:

  • You and your children are entering Rulina Fun Park at your own risk.  Children must be supervised at all times and are under your/their Parent's/Guardian's responsibility.

The Management reserves the right to:

  • Cancel the event without prior notice in case of bad weather such as rain or/and high winds.

  • The minimum of participants is not reached.

  • Modify the program schedule.

  • By entering the park, you are accepting that we can take photos/videos of you and your kids and that we may use them on our social media platforms for promotional/marketing purposes. Should you not wish that you or/and your kids appear in our photos/videos, it is your responsibility to avoid any media.

  • External food or/and drinks are not allowed in the Park.

 

 

 

 

 

 

  

PLEASE NOTE:

  • ​Should the management needs to cancel the event, an email will be sent to all guests.  Therefore you are kindly asked to check your inbox before you come to the park to avoid any inconvenience.

  • Tickets are Non-Refundable and cannot be exchanged for another day or time.  Only if the event is canceled by the Management, your ticket can be used as an entrance to Rulina Fun Park. 

  • The Management cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage, and/or to a person's property, both inside or outside Rulina Fun Park.

  • Be careful of any fake tickets.  Only those bought from our ticket system are valid.  Tickets cannot be duplicated.

SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN ALL AREAS, INCLUDING THE RESTAURANT AND UNDER THE TENT.
