Rulina Royal Indoor Venue - Terms & Conditions
To secure your booking we would require a 30% deposit. This may be settled via Revolut or BOV mobile pay to Joann on 9982 5121. We appreciate that the remaining balance will be settled by cash on the day. Should you prefer to settle payment by cheque or Mobile pay kindly contact us 3 days prior to the party.
Entrance, Meal & Drinks plus 2 tokens free for the birthday child only. The minimum cost for each party (ie: not less than 20 kids) must be paid, irrelevant of whether the kids show up or not.
Table reservation for the cake, Happy Birthday/Congratulations song, and table reservation for the kids during their meal.
External Food and Drinks are not accepted.
2 Adults enter for FREE with every Child, Extra adult pay €5. Please note that siblings and friends not invited to the party must pay the entrance fee.
FREE Parking in front of the park when available.
SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN ALL AREAS ONCE YOU ENTER THE PARK. IT IS PERMISSIBLE ONLY OUTSIDE IN THE CAR PARK.
Since it's an indoor playing area, in case of bad weather the party will still happen on the day, and postponement of the party from your end will result in a loss of the deposit which is NON-refundable. If for some reason mainly for health and safety the party will be canceled from our side an alternative date will be given.
Please note that you and one other person/contractor are entitled to prepare for the party 20 minutes before the slot and need to be OUT of the park exactly when the slot finishes. You will hear the notifications on our PA System 30 minutes before,15 minutes and 5 minutes before the closing of the park. It is HIGHLY important that you will pack all your belongings and decoration BEFORE the slot finish and all your guests need to leave the park with all other persons.
Food will be served at half time through the party and IMMEDIATELY after will be the cutting of the cake. Last food orders must be placed not less than 1hr before closing time.
Use of Poppers and Confetti is not permitted due to cleaning purposes. A fine of €25 will be charged to anyone caught using such items.
The Balance of the party cost needs to be paid 30 minutes before the party finish. An extra €50 Guarantee has to be paid with the balance and is refundable on exiting the park on time. In case of a late exit from the park, the €50 will be charged accordingly.
€25 every €5 minutes OVERTIME will be charged to cover the expenses of the employees and the rent after your time slot is finished.
By booking a party at the park you are accepting that pictures and video may be taken for promotional purposes. If you don’t want this please inform us so we won’t share.
